Attendance and Punctuality
Please join your online session on time. We recommend joining from a laptop for a better training experience.
Rescheduling
A maximum of two sessions per package may be postponed or rescheduled. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot attend a scheduled session. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
The two permitted postponements apply across the entire purchased package, not per week or month.
Package Validity
All sessions must be used within the validity period specified for the purchased package. Unused sessions after the expiry date will not be carried forward unless agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable, and cancellations are not eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law. Please review your schedule, package details, and terms carefully before making payment.
These terms have not been legally approved. The cancellation and refund policy requires legal review for applicable consumer-protection laws; statutory rights are not excluded.
